It is an eternal love story that my character is fully aware of. The only thing that saved him from a cruel death in prison was the thought of his wife.

Through this film, I wanted to redefine the limits of love, to prove to myself that we can love even if the person is no longer there.

I chose the dance as a symbol of their relationship because I associate this gesture with being a very personal moment in which the coordination of the two represents balance. So Ion Frangulea, stays with his wife even until the end of those five steps.

Mircea Stoian on set.
