Us

(2020)

"Us" is my self-portrait. It's the first film in college. It represents the first steps towards the long desired profession. I can say the most exciting film I've ever had, because the first time you say "Action!" it's an overwhelming wave of emotion that hits you.

In this film I screened some of my grief over my father's disappearance from my life after his motorcycle accident. He is still alive, we just can't see each other, I don't know why even today. But I also chose to screen a more positive part of my life, the beginning of a new chapter.

I can say that I dedicate this film to my father, in a pure and emotional way, an emotion I carry, maybe I will meet him one day.
